- If your primary focus is managing a possible infantile hemangioma: Prioritize clinical staging and medical evaluation, particularly during rapid growth or when ulceration, pain, or functional risk is present.
- If your primary focus is minimizing laser complications: Avoid treating on the basis of color alone, control pulse overlap, and reassess the tissue response before expanding treatment.
